We are a family run business which has two generations of dedicated ‘foodies’ and chefs and we have been established for over 15 years operating a UK wide catering service from the heart of Birmingham. We have catered at various venues including Football grounds, Cricket Grounds, Hotels, Private Function halls and local authorities. In addition to these we have catered in Marques, Stately Homes and prominent private estates.

Our experienced teams pride themselves on executing and maintaining the highest level of  standards towards customer satisfaction and retention as well as attention to detail. We also pride ourselves on using traditional cooking techniques along healthier lines by utilising the best quality ingredients at all time. A fusion of East meets West.

TIRLOK CHANA

Mr Chana has 25 years plus catering experience and has achieved many accolades during this time. His biggest achievement being the 2004 Guinness book of records for making the biggest Onion bhaji weighing 83.6kg and 74.8cm wide!

His passion for indian catering has derived from cooking in the early days at the local gudwaras, providing good wholesome fresh food for the community.

His hard work and determination over the years has led to a solid catering company and many new and exciting dishes.

Aman Chana is a Second Generation Chef ensconced into Chana Catering Services.

Over the past 6 years Aman’s experiences have taken him to work in some of the most accredited Restaurants and Hotel in West Midlands; such as 3 Rosettes fine Dining Restaurant, 1 Michelin Star Fine Dining Restaurant and a 1 Rosette Hotel.

An accomplished Chef whose vision is to create a modern and creative twist for punjabi, gujerati, english cuisine. Combining the fine dining elements to all their events.
